RETURN POLICY

At The Trackie Spot, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The cost of returning the item is covered by the customer.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, as they will not be restocked.
  • Custom or personal care items (e.g., beauty products) are non-returnable.
  • We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Size Differences

Some of our items run small, so we automatically size up to ensure the best fit. This may result in a size label that differs from the one ordered. This adjustment is noted in the product description.

How to Request a Return

Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide a unique shipping label within 1-2 business days.
  • We do not have a fixed return address, as we ship to the nearest warehouse to minimize customer costs.

Refunds
